
Samuel Donovan, MD, MSPH

Originally from the Boston area, Dr. Donovan attended Bowdoin College, then pursued a Masters in Public Health at Johns Hopkins, followed by an M.D. at the University of Rochester. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Brown University, where he was a chief resident, in 2021. Through his education and training, as well as a year-long volunteer experience with Partners In Health in Peru, Dr. Donovan has developed passions for primary care, hospital medicine, public health, and medical education. Dr. Donovan enjoys exploring the area’s many outdoor wonders with his wife, Carol and their dog, Hank. He is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
