Dr. Blake Marson joined CMA in August of 2016. Based in Cortland, he sees orthopedic patients of all types and provides direct treatment and set up for surgeries as indicated. Most of his patients receive complete care in Cortland, and those needing additional care transition to CMC in Ithaca. His full-time, general orthopedic practice simplifies the process for both patients and his colleagues. Prior to joining CMA, he completed revision hip and knee replacement surgeries for 25 years, an area of special interest. Dr. Marson did research on adult reconstruction during his time as an assistant professor at University of Arizona. Friends and family brought Dr. Marson to Cortland, and in his free time he enjoys the arts, golf, and spending time with his family.
