Rodolfo Belen Jr. (or Jun, short for Junior) is a UCSF and VA-trained advanced practice nurse. His clinical interests include pulmonology, sleep medicine, chronic disease management and social determinants of health. He is fluent in English and Tagalog. Jun has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from UCSB and worked in the semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley before pursuing a career in nursing. He was born and raised in Manila and lived in the Bay Area for over twenty years before moving to Central New York. He lives on a farm in Groton with his husband and dogs. He enjoys walking in the woods, running, cooking, gardening, reading, writing, traveling, and taking pictures and looks forward to adding bird-watching, kayaking, rowing, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing to this list.
