Patient Portal


Click on the above button to enter Cayuga Medical Associates’ Medent Mobile Portal, your gateway to direct access to your provider’s office, for all practices except CMA Dermatology and Occupational Medicine (see below).
If you have not activated your account, you will need to select “Activate Account” and you will require an activation code to complete your enrollment into the portal. For assistance with getting connected to your providers via the CMA patient portal, including obtaining an activation code or troubleshooting, please call the Cayuga Medical Associates Patient Portal phone line at 607-882-2393 or speak with a patient services representative at your next appointment.

Please note:

Results for COVID-19 and other tests performed by Cayuga Medical Center are available at https://mycayugahealth.cayugamed.org/. The staff who provide support for the CMA Patient Portal  telephone number (provided below) cannot provide that information. Please also note that, to obtain assistance in navigating the Cayuga Medical Center patient portal, please email mycayugahealthsupport@cayugamed.org or call 607-274-4314, option 7, M-F 8am – 4pm (closed weekends and holidays).

For the CMA Dermatology Patient Portal, please select the green button above.  Because it is a different electronic medical record system, your dermatology visits are accessible to you via this patient portal. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.

For the CMA Occupational Medicine Patient Portal, please select the violet button above.  Because it is a different electronic medical record system, your occupational medicine visits are accessible to you via this patient portal only. To obtain an activation code or get information regarding the Occupational Medicine Patient Portal, please call 607-339-0680. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.

On our portals, you can:

  • View upcoming appointments, request an appointment, or request a change of an appointment
  • Request prescription renewals
  • View your current medications
  • Update your allergy list
  • Update your contact information
  • Choose or update your preferred pharmacy
  • View your chart
  • See and pay your bill (Medent Mobile Portal only, including Dermatology)
