As a valued patient who is a registered user of Cayuga Medical Associates’ patient portal, we have some exciting news to share. On December 18, 2018, we changed our patient portal carrier from Change Healthcare (formerly RelayHealth) to the Medent Patient Portal.
The ChangeHealthcare portal continues to be utilized by Cayuga Medical Center and Schuyler Hospital, and your previously entered information from CMA will remain there. As of December 18, however, the Cayuga Medical Associates information on that portal was “frozen,” and no messages will be conveyed between CMA practices and patients through it. All electronic communication must occur through our new portal, and all of your CMA information will be accessible to you once you activate your new account.
