Click on the blue button to enter Cayuga Medical Associates’ Medent Mobile Portal, your gateway to direct access to your provider’s office.
If you have not activated your account, you will need to select “Activate Account” and you will require an activation code to complete your enrollment into the portal. If you don’t have an activation code, you may obtain it by calling the Cayuga Medical Associates Patient Portal phone line at 607-882-2393, or ask for it at your next appointment.

The Medent Mobile Portal is relatively new. In December 2018, Cayuga Medical Associates changed our patient portal carrier from Change Healthcare (formerly RelayHealth) to the Medent Patient Portal. If you have not attempted to log in to your Cayuga Medical Associates patient portal since that time, you will likely have to activate your new account.
