Visit our convenient WALK-IN CLINIC if you have:

• Cold, flu, fever
• Coughs/congestion
• Rash or other skin infections
• Sore throat/strep

• To sign in for a visit please call us at 607-339-0628.  As we may be with a patient, please leave a message with your name and number and we will call you back.
• Patients must wait in the vehicle or outside the premises until the provider asks you to come in.
• Masks are required for patient visit.

Cayuga Clinic offers convenient, walk-in care for our community and surrounding areas. Located inside Kinney Drugs on Route 281 in Cortland, currently open 6 days a week, with no appointment necessary. We accept most insurance plans and a self-pay option is available for those wanting to pay cash or by credit card. All visits require proof of identification and, if using insurance, please bring your insurance information.

Our team of nurse practitioners and physician assistants provide services for both adults and children who are 2 years and older. After we assess your symptoms, diagnose and treat your condition promptly, we can send a summary of your visit to your primary care provider. If you do not have a primary care provider, we can provide a list of local physicians accepting new patients.  We collaborate with local medical facilities in the community to enhance the quality, access, and continuation of care for all patients.
