Dr. Subin has more than 20 years of experience successfully managing work-related illness and injuries. He understands the importance of early intervention and activity promotion to expedite recovery and applies evidence-based medicine and best practices to assist employees with a safe and prompt return to work. We offer same day/next day appointments.

Whether an acute injury or chronic case management, you will receive quality care from our physician specialist to reduce time away from work and disability. Active engagement in the workplace not only results in improved injury outcomes and quality of life, but reduces overall disability costs and improves productivity.

Comprehensive Care Services

As part of the Cayuga Health System, you will have rapid access to specialty care services including orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, physical and occupational therapy, as well as diagnostic imaging, neurodiagnostic and laboratory testing.

Drug Screenings

CMA Occupational Medicine provides DOT and non-DOT urine and hair drug testing services for pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and return to duty purposes. Dr. Subin is a Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) and experienced in reviewing and interpreting test results according to federal regulations and guidelines defined by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). Our staff are trained DOT Certified Urine Drug Screen Collectors.

Specialty Exams

CMA Occupational Medicine also offers specialty exams and surveillance exams for diseases and illnesses associated with workplace hazards including:
